Lead Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create intelligent, strategic, and innovative solutions under the supervision of the Art Director.

• Implement digital designs and develop interactive components based on wireframes, copy decks, and provided direction.

• Design print materials with correct formatting, bleed, and color specifications.

• Apply and maintain brand identity systems, including typography, photography, and color palettes.

• Produce infographics that communicate stories through text and graphics.

• Collaborate with various teams and disciplines to deliver digital and print outputs.

• Realize the vision of the Art Director or Creative Director for various projects.

• Update internal teams on project status and raise inquiries as needed.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion.

• Identify and resolve both technical and creative challenges.

• Ensure that all work adheres to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

• Keep abreast of trends in interactive design and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate from a post-secondary institution in a related field (Graphic Design, Interactive/Multimedia Design, New Media, Advertising).

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a design studio or marketing agency.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for pixel-perfect execution.

• Robust portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual and interactive design, strong typography, and a solid grasp of design principles.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Proficient in creating scientific presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, including templates, graphs, charts, and tables.

• Familiarity with Figma as a collaborative design and production tool.

• Understanding of scientific or medical content is advantageous.

• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

• Self-driven, organized, and accountable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines.
