This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the graphic designer for internal FranklinCovey projects as assigned by the Custom Operations Manager.
• Design and tailor learning solutions, content, and tools for FranklinCovey offerings and initiatives from the Custom team.
• Serve as the graphic designer for custom client projects.
• Implement client branding while adhering to FranklinCovey's design standards.
• Create and enhance slides, participant guides, tools, job aids, workbooks, digital PDFs, and various learning assets.
• Modify layouts and templates for diverse client applications, formats, and delivery methods, including ILT/VILT presentations.
• Develop visually captivating PowerPoint/Keynote presentations that convey key messages and learning outcomes.
• Produce and format facilitator guides, participant materials, worksheets, and internal toolkits.
• Utilize visual hierarchy, typography, and layout best practices effectively.
• Ensure brand consistency across presentations, documents, and digital assets.
• Assist in maintaining Custom Team templates, style guides, and design standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to convert learning objectives into visual designs.
• Work together with Solution Consultants, Delivery Consultants, and internal stakeholders to guarantee that materials are clear, ready for facilitation, and user-friendly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a corporate, professional services, or agency setting.
• Strong emphasis on presentation and document design within B2B, corporate, or educational contexts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices to non-design stakeholders.
• Experience in leadership development, productivity, trust, execution, or culture-change content areas.
• Familiarity with FranklinCovey frameworks, models, and brand voice.
• Experience collaborating with facilitators/delivery consultants and product/content teams.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet.
