Graphic Designer, ESN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and create online content as well as print materials for various events.

• Design digital assets including social media posts, performance marketing advertisements, and newsletters.

• Create and develop print materials such as flyers, posters, and roll-up displays.

• Compose visually appealing food and product arrangements.

• Generate and enhance prompts for AI image-generation tools.

• Maintain a consistent ESN aesthetic across AI-generated visuals and further develop them in alignment with the brand.

• Prepare AI-generated assets and edit images using Photoshop and InDesign to produce professional, brand-compliant final products.

• Engage proactively with the team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training in graphic design, media design, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Knowledge of performance marketing needs, with experience in designing static and motion ad creatives for paid social campaigns optimized for click-through rates and conversions.

• Familiarity with prompting and image generation using AI tools (e.g., Magnific or Adobe Firefly) and the capability to effectively integrate them into the design process.

• A keen eye for high-quality imagery, color, typography, and appealing food compositions.

• Experience in prepress and final artwork preparation.

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner from a home office, autonomously prioritize tasks, and maintain organization across multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proactive communication skills to ensure seamless project delivery within the team.

• Knowledge of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI generators, along with Figma, Miro, Slack, and Asana (for project management), is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is a plus, especially for coordinating with international teams.
