Junior Engineering Analyst – Integrated Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects remotely across the nation, including foundations, structural elements, building systems, HVAC, finishing touches, and final handover to clients.

• Monitor and manage detailed timelines, tracking deviations, assessing risks, and recommending corrective action plans.

• Perform regular technical inspections and produce photographic and technical reports that document nonconformities, physical progress, and outstanding construction tasks.

• Organize project documentation, ensuring that designs, contracts, progress measurements, meeting minutes, and field records are well-maintained.

• Control timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring adherence to the contracted scope and delivery in line with the approved plan.

• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams—including engineering, procurement, and planning—to facilitate efficient approvals and decision-making.

• Implement Lean Construction planning methodologies, emphasizing productivity, waste reduction, and efficiency in execution.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to guarantee effective collaboration among all parties involved.

• Engage in on-site and remote meetings with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure both technical and strategic alignment.

• Ensure adherence to best construction practices, occupational safety regulations, and execution quality in compliance with relevant ABNT and NR standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization purposes.

• Availability to work outside standard business hours.

• Experience in managing construction projects within the retail sector is advantageous.
