Junior Engineering Analyst – Integrated Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Integrated Construction Management team.

• Oversee and manage every phase of construction projects, including foundations, structural work, building systems, HVAC, finishes, and final client handover throughout Brazil.

• Monitor and regulate detailed schedules, deviations, risks, and corrective action plans.

• Conduct regular technical inspections and generate photographic and technical reports.

• Document nonconformities, physical progress, and outstanding construction tasks.

• Manage project documentation, encompassing designs, contracts, progress metrics, meeting minutes, and field records.

• Oversee deadlines, costs, and quality, ensuring adherence to the contracted scope and project plan.

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to facilitate approvals and timely decision-making.

• Implement Lean Construction planning methodologies.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, ensuring seamless integration among all parties involved.

• Engage in on-site and remote meetings with clients, designers, and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with sound construction practices, occupational safety regulations, and quality standards as defined by applicable ABNT and NR standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization.

• Willingness to work beyond regular business hours and undertake occasional site visits.

• Experience in managing construction projects within the retail sector is advantageous.
