Junior Drafter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist Sales Consultants and Project Managers by generating precise design and technical drawings for commercial kitchen and bar initiatives.

• Develop initial designs in Revit based on CAD drawings or hand sketches.

• Create service layouts, MEP schedules, elevations, detailed drawings, and 3D renderings for presentations and design proposals.

• Prepare comprehensive drawing packages for the Sales Team and Project Managers.

• Interpret specification sheets and technical literature accurately.

• Modify drawings in response to feedback and markups.

• Ensure drawings comply with standards and specifications prior to issuance.

• Meet established KPIs through Key Objectives.

• Deliver drawing packages accurately and within specified timelines.

• Guarantee that drawings satisfy standards and specifications with minimal revision cycles.

• Continuously enhance Revit and drafting skills, including family creation and MEP modeling.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of practical experience with Autodesk Revit, demonstrating a solid understanding of Revit project processes and workflows, collaborative efforts, and Revit family creation.

• Recent graduates with relevant Revit training, academic projects, or internship experience are encouraged to apply.

• Capability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team, taking guidance from Sales Consultants and Project Managers.

• Time management skills to deliver precise work within required timelines.

• Proficient communication skills, particularly in reading and writing documentation and reports.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to generate practical drawing solutions.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills in English to collaborate effectively with international counterparts.

• Must possess your own work laptop.

• Reliable fibre internet connection (50MBPS upload/download speed or faster) with a backup internet connection.

• Laptop should have at least 16GB RAM, an i7 CPU, Windows 10 operating system, and a camera.

• Noise-cancelling headset with a microphone for phone calls and video meetings is required.

• Work environment must have minimal distractions and background noise.
