Junior Data Specialist, Amazon FBA – Reimbursement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy of sourcing cost data within Amazon Seller Central on an ongoing basis.

• Collect, organize, and submit necessary proof and documentation, such as invoices, bills of lading, and proof of delivery, as requested by Amazon.

• Initiate, monitor, and resolve routine documentation and workflow cases until fully addressed.

• Keep an updated log of shipment information, discrepancies, and case statuses accurately.

• Adhere to strict written standard operating procedures (SOPs) while performing repetitive tasks.

• Contribute to the accuracy of sourcing cost data and track inventory reimbursements within Amazon Seller Central as part of the operations team.

• Strong command of written English for clear communication in case notes and documentation.

• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating web-based tools and databases.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks over extended periods.
