This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Customer Success Managers in guiding schools through their Book Blast experience, from onboarding to the completion of events.
• Facilitate follow-ups, scheduling, and routine communications with clients.
• Keep precise and comprehensive records of client accounts, communications, and outcomes.
• Collect client feedback, testimonials, and referrals.
• Organize events, materials, and schedules for Book Blast launches.
• Provide support for school presentations, meeting preparations, and follow-ups.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance processes and elevate customer experiences.
• Assist in communication campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and participation.
• Perform light research or preparation for client meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for schools during peak weeks and throughout the season as required.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with school leaders through personalized outreach and proactive problem-solving.
• Apply retention strategies based on the Never Lose a Customer Again principles to maximize renewals and engagement.
• Engage in ongoing training and coaching on customer success best practices, sales techniques, and program specifics.
• Promote and collect testimonials, referrals, and client advocacy to expand the Books Are Fun network.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, administrative support, or entry-level account management.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
