Junior Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Provide support to esteemed clients, which include medium to large advertisers and prominent advertising agencies.

• Deliver prompt and precise responses to client inquiries.

• Assist with matters related to integration, fraud prevention, budgeting, and media planning.

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team.

• Share expertise and encourage professional growth within the team.

• Experience in mobile marketing is an advantage.

• Background in managing digital performance-based advertising campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Effective communication skills.

• Quick learner.

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Highly dedicated and results-focused.

• Being based in Moscow is an advantage.
