Junior CS Account Manager, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and ensure the success of a valuable client portfolio.

• Implement structured account planning and engage proactively.

• Recognize account risks and opportunities for growth.

• Manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex multi-country setups.

• Track account health and metrics to foster long-term growth and retention.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to address escalations and enhance the client experience.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.

• Assist in account strategy and promote proactive engagement with customers.

• Shape customer outcomes through data-driven, relationship-focused, and commercially aligned efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or as a Business Development Representative.

• Native proficiency in German.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Energetic and driven individual with a proactive mindset.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Excellent skills in relationship building.

• Proficient in dynamic time management and prioritization.

• Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations.

• Background working with mid-market or enterprise clients.
