Junior CRM Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Develop and schedule retention initiatives.

• Utilize marketing automation workflows with tools such as Bloomreach and Builder.

• Collaborate with teams in Content, Design, Loyalty, and Customer Support.

• Support troubleshooting of CRM workflows.

• Identify enhancements to processes for improved operational efficiency.

• Work alongside the Customer Service team to enhance the experience for customers seeking additional rewards.

• Assist in executing campaigns that keep players engaged and active.

• Gain CRM operations expertise through structured training and practical experience.
