Junior Corporate Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iraq, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete financial reporting process and guarantee timely month-end closures.

• Generate precise financial reports and management packs for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning with a keen emphasis on accuracy.

• Supervise accounts receivable, collections, and management of working capital.

• Administer multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and reporting tasks.

• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure adherence to IFRS and relevant accounting standards.

• Create financial dashboards and performance reports to assess business health and identify key trends.

• Offer financial analysis and insights to facilitate business and operational decision-making.

• Maintain robust financial controls, ensure data accuracy, and deliver timely reporting across all entities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate accounting, ideally within property management or real estate.

• Comprehensive understanding of IFRS and UAE tax regulations.

• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and possess advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Exceptional English communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A valid driving license is required.
