National Project Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Examine emergency service documentation, T&M records, and final Xactimate estimates to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and the Finance Team to enable prompt invoicing and collections.

• Assist in project billing, revenue monitoring, and financial reporting.

• Oversee project documentation to guarantee billing compliance and adherence to client requirements.

• Support accounts receivable by monitoring outstanding invoices and aiding in payment follow-ups.

• Manage the onboarding process for partner franchises, which includes MOUs, compliance documentation, and project expectations.

• Assess partner franchise capabilities and qualifications for large loss assignments.

• Maintain systems for tracking referrals and partners.

• Collaborate with Large Loss Team members during Work-In-Progress and End-of-Service meetings.

• Monitor project milestones, documentation needs, and deliverables.

• Act as a client contact for project updates, documentation requests, and billing questions.

• Uphold Buildertrend, Xactimate, and other project management systems.

• Organize employee travel arrangements, including accommodations, rental vehicles, and per diem tracking.

• Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Over 3 years of experience in project administration, project accounting, construction administration, restoration, insurance, or related sectors.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with Xactimate, Buildertrend, DASH, Encircle, QuickBooks, or Restoration Manager is preferred.

• Prior experience in restoration, construction, catastrophe response, or insurance claims environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of project billing, job costing, and T&M documentation is preferred.

• Experience working with multi-location operations or franchise systems is preferred.
