Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial management of HOA and/or Property Management using CINC, encompassing owner ledgers and association accounts.

• Record and monitor assessments, payments, special assessments, and necessary adjustments.

• Handle accounts payable tasks, including vendor invoices and approval processes.

• Maintain precise financial records for numerous HOA communities.

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.

• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and budget versus actual reports.

• Create financial packages suitable for board review and homeowner statements.

• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Monitor overdue accounts and support collections tracking efforts.

• Collaborate with HOA managers regarding payment plans and account resolutions.

• Ensure accurate posting of payments and updates within CINC.

• Guarantee compliance with governing documents and financial policies.

• Keep organized and audit-ready digital records.

• Provide assistance during audits, financial reviews, and year-end processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years of accounting experience in HOA and/or Property Management.

• Proficiency with CINC is essential.

• Comprehensive understanding of HOA and/or Property Management financials, assessments, and reconciliations.

• Experience in managing accounts payable/accounts receivable and financial reporting for multiple associations.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple portfolios and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines or Latin America.

• A stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation are necessary for remote work.

• Ability to work during US Business Hours.
