Junior Client Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage essential communications with clients

• Provide clear instructions for the team to adhere to during project execution

• Evaluate product delivery to ensure it aligns with client expectations

• Identify potential issues when projects deviate from the plan or are at risk of not meeting expectations

• Unite the team when focus is necessary to address critical problems promptly

• Develop requirements and a 'definition of done' for new projects and additional scope
