Junior Case Investigator – Creation & Compliance Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive online research (OSINT) to authenticate corporate entities, identify key personnel, and obtain precise contact details.

• Analyze technical and corporate information, including IP addresses, domains, and usage logs, to detect and document potential software misuse.

• Execute high-volume, highly accurate data entry to maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM system.

• Organize collected data into clear and well-structured spreadsheets and reports for the wider team.

• Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues to advance cases efficiently.

• Acquire new search methodologies and contribute to enhancing data collection processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be residing in LATAM.

• Only applications submitted in English will be considered.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, research, administrative roles, or customer support.

• A strong passion for online research, OSINT, and ensuring data accuracy.

• Comfortable with English communication (reading, writing, and speaking).

• High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including skills in filtering, sorting, and organizing data.

• Extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and dependable in a remote working environment.

• Bonus: Experience with advanced search operators like Google Dorks or web scraping tools.

• Bonus: Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
