This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert regarding security protocols and audit adherence.
β’ Address external audits related to SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST 800-53.
β’ Assist in managing threats and vulnerabilities.
β’ Perform regular reviews of Identity Access.
β’ Ensure that application security protocols fulfill business needs and that information is protected.
β’ Supervise the implementation of access controls to restrict systems, data, and programs to authorized and trained personnel.
β’ Manage the destruction of highly sensitive confidential information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
β’ Create and enforce comprehensive security protocols.
β’ Lead the security administrator team to guarantee compliance with client security protocols.
β’ Ensure adherence to program security requirements, encompassing personnel, physical, and administrative security systems and procedures.
β’ Coordinate corporate security initiatives to maintain compliance with client, government, and organizational policies and procedures.
β’ Provide direction and mentorship to less experienced staff.
β’ Design, coordinate, and deliver security education programs.
β’ Investigate incidents of loss and security breaches and propose corrective measures.
β’ Execute approved corrective actions and prepare summaries for senior management review.
β’ Research technological innovations to continuously enhance and align security solutions with industry and company standards.
β’ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
β’ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
β’ Experience in a HIPAA environment, preferably with Medicaid.
β’ Familiarity with corporate-level security systems and their implementation processes.
β’ Knowledge of corporate and governmental security regulations.
β’ Experience with company security software products.
β’ Proficiency in domain structures, user authentication, user profiles, and digital signatures.
β’ Strong skills in presentation and business solutions software.
β’ Excellent communication abilities.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing, creating, and testing security systems.
β’ Leadership capabilities to guide and mentor junior staff.
β’ Robust research skills.
β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently and transition between them swiftly.
β’ Video cameras are required during all interviews, as well as throughout the first week of orientation.
