• Oversee comprehensive system implementations and project milestones to meet established timelines.

• Advise carrier partners on best practices for logistics processes.

• Provide customized solutions for the Transporeon network.

• Offer engaging training sessions and ongoing specialized support for key software users.

• Build, develop, and sustain long-term, trust-based customer relationships throughout the network.

• Proficiency in both Romanian and English.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service or customer care settings.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Quick to grasp technical concepts.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proactive attitude and high personal reliability.

• Competence in digital tools, including MS Office or Google Suite applications.

• Fluency in an additional foreign language is a significant advantage.
