Junior Business Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Perform research on the market and competitors

• Assist with the preparation of paperwork, presentations, pitches, and documentation

• Organize conferences and industry events

• Accompany the Head of Business Development in both external and internal cross-team meetings

• Ensure Business Development activities are well-organized and operate efficiently

• Identify research and development opportunities to enhance team performance

• Provide general coordination and project management assistance

• Familiarize yourself with Envar’s services, workflows, clients, and culture

• Support client interactions and foster industry relationships

• Acquire practical experience in project management and engage in real creative projects

• Junior / Associate seniority level

• Highly organized, proactive, people-oriented, and curious

• Strong interest in business development within the gaming and entertainment sectors

• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and detailed information

• Capable of coordinating with various teams accurately and ensuring follow-through

• Proficient in building robust professional relationships and communicating confidently with diverse individuals

• Comfortable representing Envar in meetings, events, conferences, and networking opportunities

• Willing to take initiative, ask questions, and work independently

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Interest in understanding the operations of creative studios and gaming enterprises

• Willingness and capability to travel internationally

• Bonus: Experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Account Management

• Bonus: Background in the video game industry
