This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Collaborate closely with founders and the executive team on a product utilized by over 50 million individuals.
• Take ownership of analyses from start to finish: define problems, collect and model data, rigorously test conclusions, and present insights to leadership.
• Tackle broad and ambiguous questions, determine the necessary data to validate hypotheses, and conduct independent analyses.
• Develop business cases, financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards that aid in executive decision-making.
• Identify operational challenges, design enhanced processes, and assist in their implementation across various teams.
• Manage special projects by coordinating stakeholders and leading initiatives from inception to completion.
• Create strategy documents, performance evaluations, and investment memos.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, evidence-based narratives for executives.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience at a Big4 or an equivalent top-tier consulting firm, particularly in a Strategy or Operations role.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, sensitivity analyses, and complex formulas.
• Capable of constructing financial models, business cases, and analyses from the ground up.
• Ability to create polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Skilled in structuring ambiguous challenges using hypotheses and data.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and independently managing tasks in a remote environment.
• Fully fluent in English.
• At ease working with products that utilize uncensored models and content.
• Regular daily availability during Central European Time (CET).
• Willing and able to operate under a B2B contract in the country of residence.
• Comfortable in the adult/18+ AI companionship sector.
