Junior Attorney – Corporate and Business Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and prepare legal pleadings, opinions, contracts, defenses, and appeals

• Provide virtual assistance to clients via telephone and social media platforms

• Engage in hearings and present oral arguments

• Assist with client matters and respond to inquiries regarding employment law

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law

• Current registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)

• Proven experience in corporate and business law

• Must reside in Porto Alegre

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
