Junior Attorney – Corporate and Business Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and preparation of pleadings, legal opinions, contracts, defenses, and appeals.

• Provide virtual assistance to clients through telephone and social media platforms.

• Participate in hearings and present oral arguments.

• Address client inquiries and offer support related to employment law.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• Current registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Proven experience in corporate and business law.

• Must reside in Porto Alegre.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
