πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist senior members of the Insurance Solutions team in the marketing and distribution of Fixed Income Solutions, Alternatives, and Equities.

β€’ Aid in retaining current sales and generating new business opportunities.

β€’ Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance existing client relationships through innovative strategies.

β€’ Perform research on clients, industries, and market trends.

β€’ Build a robust internal network and gain a comprehensive understanding of Voya’s offerings and client solutions.

β€’ Work alongside investment, client service, marketing, consultant coverage, RFP, and operational teams to achieve business growth goals.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in the insurance or institutional asset management sector.

β€’ Capacity to grasp intricate investment/product concepts.

β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

β€’ Understanding of interdepartmental dynamics.

β€’ Proficient in project management, organization, planning, and presentation abilities.

β€’ Excellent analytical skills coupled with a creative problem-solving approach.

β€’ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

β€’ Strong sense of ownership for projects and responsibilities.

β€’ Willingness to embrace new ideas and develop new competencies.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

β€’ Series 7 and 63 licenses must be obtained within 90 days of taking up the position; not required prior to employment.

β€’ Specialized knowledge in Fixed Income and/or alternatives is preferred.

β€’ Experience in a multi-strategy investment firm is preferred.

β€’ Interest in pursuing an MBA or MS in Finance is advantageous.

β€’ Willingness to pursue CFA designation or having completed CFA Level 1 is a plus.

β€’ Openness to travel as required.
