Junior Applications Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance athenaOne workflows and settings

• Develop and uphold provider templates and schedules

• Provide assistance to physicians and staff regarding system inquiries and troubleshooting

• Generate reports and assess operational metrics

• Aid in testing, system upgrades, and new features

• Conduct training for end users and create educational resources

• Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance patient access and scheduling effectiveness

• Facilitate interfaces, integrations, and workflow enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare operations, EMR support, healthcare IT, or clinical systems

• Preference for experience with athenaOne

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office

• Preferred experience in healthcare scheduling, reporting, workflow analysis, or practice operations

• Candidates should be based in the Pacific Time Zone

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
