Junior Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop training programs in partnership with the Sales Director and other departments to educate customers.

• Offer technical assistance to customers regarding CAS products and related procedures.

• Assist the Sales and Marketing teams during presentations and when launching new products and therapies.

• Document all account details, market insights, competitive data, trends, and metrics.

• Gather and report customer feedback, product-related concerns, legal issues, and any complaints about product-related incidents.

• Complete all administrative duties, including delivering regular activity reports to the Sales Director.

• Operate primarily in France and occasionally in Western Europe, with travel expectations of 80–100%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.

• Familiarity with electrophysiology procedures and products.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities across all organizational levels.

• High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

• Experience in the medical device sector, particularly in a hospital operating room setting, is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is preferred.

• Readiness to travel 80–100% of the time.
