This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +36 more states.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven tools, automations, and workflows to enhance the operations of the Commercial team.
• Recognize repetitive tasks and implement technological solutions that save time and boost productivity.
• Acquire knowledge and provide support for business systems across the Commercial division, quickly mastering new technologies as business needs change.
• Collaborate with business leaders in various functions to comprehend operational challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Assess emerging AI tools and suggest opportunities to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Work alongside Sales to refine workflows throughout the sales cycle, from lead capture and qualification to opportunity management, quoting, and closing.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce and other commercial business applications.
• Create dashboards, reporting tools, and lightweight applications that assist teams in making informed decisions.
• Facilitate integrations between business systems using APIs, automation platforms, and low-code tools.
• Document solutions and maintain technical documentation to ensure tools are easy to support and scale.
• Remain updated on rapidly advancing AI capabilities and bring actionable ideas back to the business.
• You have a passion for learning new software and can quickly become productive in unfamiliar systems.
• You have developed automations, AI tools, scripts, or applications that address genuine business challenges.
• You are proficient in writing code in Python, JavaScript, or another contemporary programming language.
• You have experience experimenting with LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation tools.
• You inherently seek opportunities to streamline tasks and remove repetitive work.
• You are at ease collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• You possess curiosity, resourcefulness, and enjoy independently solving problems.
• You have an understanding of the sales process, including lead management, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline stages, and the activities that advance opportunities to a closed sale.
• You are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in building software, automations, AI solutions, or business applications is preferred.
• Familiarity with one or more CRM, ERP, or enterprise business systems; experience with Salesforce is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or other comparable programming languages.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product catalogs, quote templates, and approval workflows is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
