Junior Agile Master / Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a Scrum Master / Agile Master, facilitating the squad's operational coordination and organizing agile ceremonies.

• Monitor activity progress, deliverables, and metrics to ensure predictability and maintain a smooth workflow.

• Assist in managing the flow of activities.

• Identify, track, and escalate risks, impediments, and issues that could affect deliverables.

• Ensure that all stakeholders involved in the delivery process remain aligned.

• Maintain current information, tracking tools, and status updates.

• Create reports and presentations for management oversight.

• Promote squad governance and facilitate the ongoing enhancement of internal processes.

• Assist with activities related to agile project management.

• Operate in an environment that encompasses APIs, backend systems, integrations, and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Master.

• A keen interest in Project Management.

• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Understanding of Project Management principles and PMBOK.

• Knowledge of Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis.

• Enthusiasm for expanding knowledge and engaging in projects related to backend systems, APIs, and data.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep tracking tools and information updated.

• A strong sense of urgency and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficient in identifying risks and impediments, and executing appropriate escalations.

• Strong communication abilities and the comfort to interact with various departments and professional profiles.
