Junior Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee and audit bookkeeping records for global clients.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Aid in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Conduct bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and variance analyses.

• Support management reporting and create MIS packs for clients.

• Assist with VAT, tax filings, and compliance tasks as required by jurisdiction.

• Collaborate with senior team members on financial analysis, forecasting, due diligence, and valuation support tasks.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams serving clients worldwide.

• Ensure precision, punctuality, and adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

• Provide support to U.S.-based clients across various industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• ACCA Qualified (Affiliate).

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar is preferred).

• Proficient in Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial analysis.

• Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical approach.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.

• Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a dynamic, client-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work hours aligned with U.S. time zones, including Eastern and Central/Mid-West.
