Junior Account Manager, MSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily account operations to guarantee effective position management and outstanding customer service.

• Coordinate travel assignments for Nursing and Allied personnel.

• Manage staffing services and cultivate client relationships.

• Serve as a liaison between recruiters, internal team members, facilities, and approved vendors.

• Follow up on candidate presentations.

• Maintain precise position and facility information.

• Assist with order intake and input orders into both internal and external systems.

• Conduct audits of open positions for accuracy.

• Distribute open positions to the relevant vendor partners.

• Evaluate candidate applications for quality and compliance.

• Uphold Service Level Agreement standards.

• Ensure accurate performance metrics data, including fill rates, time to fill, and renewal rates.

• Communicate outcomes of submissions and address facility/MSP concerns.

• Follow up with facilities regarding pending submissions, extensions, upgrades, P1s, and performance.

• Document and relay information regarding placements, declinations, and assignment-specific details.

• Prepare assignment confirmations.

• Escalate issues and offer recommendations.

• Collaborate with Compliance Coordinators to guarantee credential compliance for healthcare professionals and subcontractors.

• Engage in meetings with Account Managers and leadership to strategize on position management and customer service.

• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

• Provide team support as necessary.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Sales skills and negotiation abilities are necessary.

• Knowledge of the healthcare staffing sector is preferred.

• A proven history of collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional customer service is advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience that allows for successful performance of the essential job functions is acceptable.
