Junior Account Manager, Email Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist account managers with the daily management of client email accounts

• Understand the complete campaign process, from initial brief and copy to design, quality assurance, and distribution

• Facilitate coordination of deliverables among copywriters, designers, and QA to ensure timely campaign launches

• Aid in the setup and scheduling of campaigns within Klaviyo

• Review emails prior to sending, ensuring the accuracy of copy, links, and rendering

• Help maintain campaign calendars and keep task boards updated

• Participate in team meetings and client calls to observe how account managers address requests, feedback, and changing priorities

• Assist in the preparation of client reports and performance summaries for account manager evaluation

• Examine client Shopify stores to gain insights into their products, offers, and brand voice

• Proactively communicate in Slack, providing updates and identifying blockers promptly

• Meet key performance indicators for accuracy and consistency in campaign support and pre-send evaluations

• Maintain responsiveness and foster clear, proactive communication with the team

• Acquire knowledge of tools, processes, and accounts while shadowing account managers during the initial 30 days

• Manage routine campaign support with minimal supervision by the 60-day mark

• Provide support to accounts with increasing independence, including drafting client updates for account manager review by the 90-day milestone

• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience

• A genuine curiosity and a strong desire for learning

• Ability to learn quickly

• Team-oriented with a comfort in close collaboration

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English

• Familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify, or a strong motivation to learn these platforms swiftly

• Keen attention to detail

• Creative problem-solving abilities
