Junior Account Manager – E-Commerce, Retail Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate relationships with current clients in the Amazon and online pharmacy industries.

• Assist in the execution of retail media strategies, which includes briefing campaigns, monitoring progress, and generating reports.

• Collaborate closely with the Advertising, Content, Operations, and BI teams.

• Play a key role in developing growth initiatives, including strategies for cross-selling and upselling.

• Coordinate timelines and prepare materials for client meetings.

• Engage in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, project evaluations, and updates on industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or media, gained through internships, working student positions, or an initial full-time role.

• A keen interest in digital project management and data-driven marketing.

• Basic knowledge of online advertising; familiarity with Google, Meta, or Amazon is advantageous but not essential.

• An analytical mindset, a structured approach to work, and a willingness to learn new tools.

• Excellent German language skills (C1 minimum) and proficient English skills.

• A confident communication style and a passion for engaging with clients and internal teams.

• Proficient in office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
