Junior Account Manager – Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio consisting of 40–60 client accounts.

• Cultivate client relationships to guarantee an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction.

• Prepare meeting agendas and facilitate regular client meetings to assess performance, provide updates, and discuss subsequent steps.

• Convert digital marketing performance data into business results and articulate findings in a clear, client-friendly manner.

• Organize client requests and oversee communication between clients and internal teams, including SEO and Paid Media experts.

• Compose meeting summaries, action items, and strategic recommendations after client discussions.

• Track client performance metrics.

• Keep abreast of updates in SEO and Digital Advertising as well as industry trends.

• Collaborate with other departments to formulate client improvement plans and retention strategies.

• Ensure that all projects, deliverables, and client requests are completed accurately and punctually.

• Maintain orderly documentation and account records within project management systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, or a similar role.

• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing performance metrics.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Capability to lead client meetings and present performance results with confidence.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and juggling multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with client retention strategies and relationship management practices.

• Openness to learning new technologies and AI tools.
