This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for strategically acquiring new clients and enhancing existing client relationships, particularly focusing on MICE in the West & North region.
• Responsible for the development, management, and ongoing strategic enhancement of MICE accounts and selected corporate-travel clients within the BWH hotel portfolio across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central Europe.
• Design and execute sales-driven initiatives aimed at boosting revenue, increasing market share, and improving customer retention.
• Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and client potentials to derive targeted sales strategies.
• Establish and nurture a robust network of companies, event planners, agencies, and other pertinent business partners.
• Perform regular client visits, undertake sales trips, and represent BWH Hotels at trade fairs, workshops, and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with clients, partner hotels, and internal teams to successfully capitalize on corporate and specifically MICE business opportunities.
• A strong passion for hospitality, sales, and the cultivation of sustainable client relationships.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism.
• Ideally, prior professional experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
• Strong sales capabilities, deal-closing orientation, and enthusiasm for acquiring new clients.
• An innate ability to identify market opportunities and successfully develop client potential.
• Self-reliant, structured working style, initiative, and a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for networking.
• Proficient in both German and English languages.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
• Preferred residence in Lower Saxony or northern Germany; applications from other regions are also encouraged.
