Junior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Sales Representatives with post-sale tasks.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer support inquiries.

• Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities within designated accounts.

• Monitor customer orders and ensure timely follow-ups on delivery schedules.

• Aid in renewals and follow up on contract matters.

• Evaluate incoming customer complaints and identify suitable resolution paths.

• Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address customer issues.

• Keep precise records in CRM and case management systems within MSD.

• Document customer interactions, complaints, and their resolutions.

• Update customer profiles, interaction histories, and notes accurately.

• Classify and resolve cases/tickets within specified timeframes.

• Generate quotes, proposals, and product documentation.

• Follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, and order confirmations.

• Organize onboarding materials or training sessions for new clients.

• Detect recurring service challenges and inefficiencies in processes.

• Inform leadership of trends and suggest workflow enhancements.

• Engage in team meetings and process improvement initiatives.

• Stay informed about products, services, promotions, pricing, and service modifications.

• Communicate relevant product or promotional information to customers.

• Collaborate with marketing or sales enablement teams on current materials.

• Monitor response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Provide insights to enhance service delivery and support results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Over 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or similar roles; experience in healthcare or SaaS industries is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
