Jobsite Safety and Security Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive end-user conversions across the region for ProDriven Global Brands products.

• Deliver safety and product training to both internal and external customers in the Houston, Texas area.

• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and End User Specialist teams to implement strategies.

• Share product knowledge and conduct training to support regional sales objectives, conversion dollars, and KPIs.

• Build and expand networks of Safety Directors, End Users, Distributors, and regional safety personnel.

• Cultivate relationships with key distributors of Werner Fall Protection, Climbing, and Jobsite products.

• Meet the annual Regional End User Conversion Dollar target.

• Create and maintain the End User Opportunity Pipeline.

• Align strategy with the Regional Sales Manager.

• Act as the safety and product Subject Matter Expert and primary contact for inquiries.

• Encourage education and the utilization of online training tools.

• Support events and communicate product safety and knowledge.

• Lead regional teams in the promotion of new products, safety materials, and competitive comparisons.

• Direct the regional EUS team, align strategy, assess and develop team members, and conduct monthly team meetings focused on SFDC targets and KPIs.

• Perform ongoing regional SWOT analysis and devise competitive strategies.

• Convey the Voice of the User to Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.

• Execute additional duties as required within the role's scope.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.

• Prior sales experience necessary.

• Knowledge of and compliance with OSHA safety standards is mandatory.

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

• 3–5 years of relevant direct experience is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel required.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

• Exceptional presentation skills are a must.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Must demonstrate initiative and self-starter abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient listening skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Capability to sell solutions and drive revenue.

• Must reside within the designated region.

• 60%–70% domestic travel is required.
