This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Act as a technical lead in high-value services alongside multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain direct communication with clients.

• Define strategic plans, implement architectures, and carry out digital transformations.

• Advise and support clients in Generative AI.

• Establish implementation processes and align solutions with regulatory and legal frameworks.

• Develop POCs, AI-powered solutions, MLOps, and LLMs.

• Train and guide clients in the use of AI tools.

• Assist the business area in defining projects and services.

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions.

• Develop approaches and solutions, and assess partnerships, events, and opportunities.

• Conduct internal and external training on Generative AI.

• Participate in the modernization of applications guided by Generative AI, code assessments, and migration plans.

• Experience as a software/solutions architect.

• Experience in estimations, risk management, and the implementation of enterprise solutions using various technologies.

• Experience working with Generative AI in software development.

• Proven ability to support commercial actions, deliver presentations, and advocate for solutions.

• Experience in conducting training is highly valued.

• B2 level English is highly valued.

• Remote work model, with the option to work in the office at the employee's discretion.

• Flexible schedule: start at 8:30 AM, end at 6 PM; intensive Fridays from 8 AM to 3 PM; intensive schedule in July and August from 8 AM to 3 PM.
