Java, Informatica Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive technical guidance and leadership to the development team.

• Oversee application architecture, design, development, unit testing, implementation, and production support.

• Create and develop solutions utilizing Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Informatica, and JBoss.

• Build and integrate cloud-based solutions employing AWS services, such as EC2, S3, SDS, DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda, and AWS CLI.

• Design, deploy, and manage containerized services using OpenShift and Kubernetes.

• Advise developers on technical design, coding standards, architecture, and best practices in development.

• Evaluate technical designs and code to ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate application, integration, and technical challenges.

• Collaborate with business, technical, architecture, and project teams throughout the development life cycle.

• Mentor developers and offer technical guidance to ensure successful application delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Capability to obtain and maintain the necessary Public Trust level clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience, or a High School diploma/equivalent with 12+ years of experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in application development, including leadership of technical development teams.

• Strong practical experience with Java 17 or higher, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, SDS, DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda, and AWS CLI.

• Significant hands-on experience with Informatica.

• Experience in developing and supporting containerized services using OpenShift and Kubernetes.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead and/or Architect.

• Experience in application design, development, unit testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and production support.

• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Preferred: experience in supporting both front-end and back-end application development.

• Preferred: strong Java/JBoss expertise.

• Preferred: experience leading full-stack development initiatives within complex enterprise settings.

• Preferred: familiarity with Agile development environments and collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.
