📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for mid to large property managers within the designated territory.

• Guide property managers through the onboarding process and account management to enhance engagement and satisfaction with PriceLabs.

• Drive the acquisition and conversion of new mid-to-large property manager leads through virtual product demonstrations.

• Support leads with the setup of their PriceLabs accounts and assist them in navigating advanced features and customizations.

• Oversee and nurture significant account relationships in collaboration with the Sales Operations team.

• Track product usage and engagement while performing regular in-person or virtual check-ins.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline to achieve or surpass performance objectives.

• Work together with events, partnerships, and marketing teams through webinars, tradeshows, conferences, and local collaborations to create opportunities.

• Keep account information and history updated in the CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be located in APAC time zones, with a preference for those in Japan.

• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1 certified/preferred) and English is required.

• Background in the Vacation Rental Industry or Revenue Management Services is essential.

• A minimum of 4 years of B2B quota-carrying sales experience and customer success/account executive experience, ideally with complex or technical SaaS products.

• Proven capability to effectively demonstrate software products for a variety of use cases.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and formulate revenue management strategies.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Aptitude for relationship building.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
