Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent – Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Support Italian-speaking clients with their shipments, deliveries, tracking, claims, billing, and other related inquiries.

• Deliver customer assistance via phone and digital communication channels.

• Become a part of an international logistics customer support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian at C1/native level.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level.

• Applicants must currently be residing in Greece.

• Possession of a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with working hours from 08:00 to 21:00.
