This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of business processes and their implications on IT from a wide technological viewpoint.
• Ensure that IT infrastructure, internal processes, and team workflows comply with applicable regulatory frameworks, particularly the NIS2 Directive and the AI Act.
• Maintain an active leadership position while overseeing the core functions of the IT Administration team.
• Perform security, privacy, and risk assessments for software applications, AI tools, and third-party solutions prior to team integration.
• Develop secure infrastructure frameworks and risk management standards (AI Governance) for internal AI-driven software development initiatives.
• Assist in the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Monitor forthcoming cybersecurity and privacy legal obligations and ensure prompt updates to corporate policies, technical systems, and team workflows.
• Identify, track, and mitigate operational, technical, and data security risks linked to emerging technologies.
• Oversee IT budgets, including contract negotiations and vendor relationships.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Team Leader or Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System or Network Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest and most effective industry solutions with a commitment to implementation.

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

• Familiarity with Atlassian products and Google Workspace.
• Practical understanding of the NIS2 Directive and its application in IT operational settings.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining and continually enhancing Information Security Management Systems in line with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Strong IT knowledge pertaining to operating systems, networking, and at least one virtualization management system or cloud platform: Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, oVirt, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Junos OS (EX, SRX) is a plus.
• Experience with Ubiquiti devices is a plus.
• Networking or system administration certification (JNCP/CCNP, CompTIA/RHCA) is a plus.
• Ability to write scripts (Python/Bash/Google Apps Scripts) and automate processes (Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Jenkins) is a plus.
• Internal Auditor ISO 27001 certification and audit experience is a plus.
