This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and manage critical business systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, eSignature, support/call platforms, and internal portals/custom applications.
• Control access rights, licensing, incident management, reliability, uptime, data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Handle vendor relationships, review contracts, assist in audits, optimize SaaS expenditures and license distribution, and ensure readiness for system-control and data-retention inquiries.
• Administer system configurations, data models, workflows, and cross-platform integrations utilizing middleware/iPaaS tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and Operations to assess and implement process improvements and system upgrades.
• Organize software upgrades, patch releases, and roadmap development.
• Lead and guide a small team encompassing NetSuite administration, Salesforce administration, and IT Help Desk functions.
• Act as the escalation point for issues related to business systems.
• Keep documentation, SOPs, training materials, and onboarding resources up to date.
• Assess tools, integrations, and automations in accordance with Rently's AI Governance Policy and Stage Gate process.
• A minimum of 5 years managing enterprise business systems, with practical experience in both Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP).
• At least 2 years in a people management or team leadership role, preferably in systems administration and help desk/support.
• Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships, auditing SaaS contracts, and optimizing expenditures and licenses.
• Familiarity with iPaaS/middleware tools such as Celigo, Nexla, or equivalent.
• Understanding of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lead-to-cash and order-to-cash business processes, along with CRM-to-ERP data flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce and/or NetSuite certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI governance, usage tiers, or responsible AI adoption frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in leading or supporting an IT Help Desk function, including ticketing and SLA management.
• Proven ability to create or standardize SOPs and documentation for critical business systems.
• Comfort in collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support teams.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
