IT & Systems Engineer

• Address technical challenges with a proactive and urgent approach.

• Create, develop, and sustain automation solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency.

• Build, refine, and troubleshoot internal applications and their integrations.

• Compose, refine, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.

• Provide support for cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

• Set up, oversee, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Aid in system deployments, version control, and release management activities.

• Diagnose application, server, network, and database complications.

• Track system performance and implement enhancements to boost reliability and scalability.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and deploy technical solutions.

• Record systems, processes, and technical methodologies.

• Ensure adherence to security best practices across all systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Software Development, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or a related technical field.

• Proficient in SQL, with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries.

• Background in developing automation and system integrations utilizing APIs and scripting.

• Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or Java.

• Experience with Git and version control systems.

• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

• Practical experience with cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of Windows Server, networking, and systems administration.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while ensuring high accuracy.

• Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to follow-through.
