This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of access provisioning and deprovisioning for new employees and departures across Google, Slack, Healthie, Spruce, and the Registry.
• Oversee Google Workspace administration, including the admin console, SSO, and the upcoming DLP/Vault upgrade.
• Handle the daily relationship with the MSP/IT vendor, which includes laptop procurement, deployment, lifecycle management, Tier 1 help desk escalations, and network IT infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 1 support for Healthie, Spruce, Registry, Google, and Slack.
• Keep a weekly MSP scorecard updated, covering ticket volume, SLA performance, aging tickets, patch/update compliance, endpoint security, MDM enrollment, and onboarding/offboarding turnaround times.
• Maintain the inventory of company assets and coordinate laptop deployment for all W2 employees.
• Assist in the rollout of SSO and password manager in collaboration with the Security & Compliance Manager and Head of Product Operations.
• Collaborate on MDM/BYOD compliance tracking and monitor endpoint security status.
• Streamline and organize cross-system onboarding workflows.
• Report SLA breaches, unresolved vulnerabilities, and vendor performance issues as necessary.
• 2–5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, corporate IT, or technical help desk roles.
• Practical experience in administering Google Workspace (or a similar environment), focusing on user provisioning, SSO, and basic security settings.
• Experience in managing or closely coordinating with an outsourced MSP or IT vendor.
• Comfortable with owning a device fleet, which includes procurement, deployment, lifecycle tracking, and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices, including checklists, inventories, and ticket tracking.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment, while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf and BYOD device compliance programs is desirable.
• Experience in holding an MSP or vendor accountable to SLA standards is preferred.
• Exposure to HIPAA or other regulated-industry IT environments is a plus.
• Experience supporting SOC2 or HITRUST certification efforts or implementing MDM/security tools is advantageous.
• Previous experience in early-stage startups and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities is preferred.
