This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure high-quality outcomes across a range of projects.
• Lead projects from start to finish, establishing and achieving scope, timelines, and desired results.
• Dedicate around 90% of your time to direct project management activities.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that customer commitments are fulfilled.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to confirm estimates, coordinate efforts, and address any issues.
• Adhere to project management governance and best practices for control.
• Develop Project Plans that outline resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Update and report on project status and any variances.
• Monitor project progress in relation to goals, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Formulate action plans to achieve objectives, budgetary constraints, and schedules.
• Execute change management processes and evaluate the impacts of change requests on schedules, quality, and risks.
• Create communication strategies to keep stakeholders updated on progress, changes, and risks.
• Assist pricing and proposal teams by providing standards of work, specifications, and service effort/cost estimates.
• Ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and align with company commitments.
• Report on delivery outcomes concerning customer satisfaction (CSAT), profitability, and future opportunities.
• Utilize best practices as a subject matter expert.
• Identify technical solutions that enhance business performance and ensure requirements are satisfied.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of project leadership and industry experience, with a proven ability to manage deliverables that drive business and financial results.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading successful project management initiatives within a business integration role.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to an undergraduate degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Preferred experience in a vendor or project service delivery organization.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 Platform and cloud solutions.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Modern Workplace and cloud-based solutions.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Financial insight regarding budgets, forecasting, and risk/cost management.
• Experience in managing and tracking performance metrics across business units and project portfolios.
• Outstanding management skills along with excellent oral, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
• Capability to influence both business and functional teams.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work outside standard business hours.
