IT Service Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Receive, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests.

• Effectively manage and coordinate incoming support inquiries.

• Assign tickets to the relevant internal IT specialists.

• Track progress and maintain clear communication.

• Address first-level support inquiries and independently resolve appropriate IT issues.

• Assist with user access rights, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Support hardware provisioning, workplace relocations, and rollouts.

• Record solutions and troubleshooting methods in the ticketing system.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of service management processes and service quality.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams to provide reliable IT support at the Darmstadt location.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed IT training, such as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification.

• Hands-on experience in an IT service desk, helpdesk, or IT support setting.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and fundamental IT service management processes.

• Methodical, solution-focused, and self-reliant work approach.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong service orientation and customer focus.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
