IT Provider Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee collaboration with external IT service providers in the realms of IT sourcing and provider management.

• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic and operational provider management.

• Further enhance the provider strategy while selecting and assessing service providers.

• Assist in contract negotiations and the establishment of service agreements.

• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to agreed-upon targets.

• Manage quality and performance, coordinate escalations, and conduct reviews, benchmarking, and audits.

• Plan budgets considering costs, risks, and compliance factors.

• Optimize expenditures while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external providers.

• Facilitate the integration of new providers and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Several years of experience in IT provider management.

• Demonstrated expertise in SLAs, KPIs, sourcing, and contract management.

• A university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or equivalent qualifications.

• Certifications such as ITIL or SAFe are considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.

• Proficient in German, with at least a C1 level of competence.

• Proficient in English, with at least a B2 level of competence.
