IT Project Manager – TSA Carve-out, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of IT carve-out and TSA exit initiatives.

• Manage the separation and migration efforts encompassing applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security, and end-user services.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.

• Coordinate activities among IT, business units, external vendors, system integrators, and separation teams.

• Supervise TSA-related deliverables and ensure preparedness for transition prior to TSA expiration.

• Lead the migration of applications and data from legacy or parent-company environments to independent environments.

• Organize system decommissioning, access separation, and service transition efforts.

• Maintain business continuity during migration and separation processes.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies across various workstreams.

• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project status updates.

• Identify risks and obstacles, and drive actions for mitigation and resolution.

• Assist in cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-transition stabilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT Project Management, ideally within large-scale transformation, separation, divestiture, or M&A programs.

• Proven track record in managing TSA carve-outs, TSA exits, or IT separation projects.

• Experience in coordinating complex migrations involving applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud services.

• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent skills in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance.

• Experience in cutover planning, migration, deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business teams.

• Capability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is essential.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Candidates must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work in their country of residence.
