IT Project Manager – TSA Carve-out, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of IT carve-out and TSA exit initiatives.

• Manage the separation and migration processes involving applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security, and end-user services.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.

• Coordinate efforts among IT, business functions, external vendors, system integrators, and separation teams.

• Handle TSA-related deliverables and ensure readiness for transition before the expiration of the TSA.

• Lead the migration of applications and data from legacy or parent-company environments to independent setups.

• Oversee system decommissioning, access separation, and service transition activities.

• Guarantee business continuity throughout the migration and separation processes.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies across various workstreams.

• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and provide project status updates.

• Identify risks and obstacles, driving actions for mitigation and resolution.

• Assist with cutover planning, go-live processes, hypercare, and stabilization following transitions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT Project Management, ideally within large-scale transformation, separation, divestiture, or M&A programs.

• Demonstrated experience in managing TSA carve-outs, TSA exits, or IT separation projects.

• Background in coordinating intricate application, infrastructure, data, and integration migrations.

• Strong comprehension of IT environments, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, security, CSV, and cloud services.

• Experience in managing multiple vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance.

• Familiarity with cutover planning, migration, deployment, and hypercare processes.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities across both technical and business teams.

• Strong delivery orientation with the capacity to oversee multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is essential.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work in the respective country.

• No relocation package will be provided.
