This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Spearhead the global eQMS consolidation initiative, shifting from various existing quality management systems to a unified Veeva-based platform.
• Promote the adoption of the Vacaville Veeva platform as the cornerstone for the future One Lonza eQMS framework.
• Oversee the program roadmap through the Technical Readiness, Scale, and Enhance phases.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and different sites.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making across several workstreams.
• Assist in the harmonization of quality processes and workflows across various sites while balancing global standards with site-specific requirements.
• Foster technical and organizational preparedness for multi-site implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate system integrations and dependencies necessary for the new eQMS framework.
• Oversee migration and transition efforts from TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders at both global and local levels.
• Enhance visibility and collaboration through standardized processes and a unified quality management platform.
• Support the long-term scalability and future readiness of the global eQMS solution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects from start to finish within pharmaceutical GxP-regulated settings.
• Strong practical IT Project Management experience that encompasses requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hypercare, and vendor coordination.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Quality processes, including Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.
• Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation).
• Proven success in delivering global SaaS application implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi-site rollouts.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across Quality, QA, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and IT organizations.
• Experience overseeing third-party vendors and system integrators.
• Strong focus on delivery and capability to drive projects to completion.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
