This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide technological solutions that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT and ERP projects.
• Establish project goals, define the scope, and manage timelines effectively.
• Advocate for and adhere to the Epicor Signature Implementation Methodology for ERP projects.
• Support the enhancement and implementation of relevant CRMs and Salesforce-related initiatives.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, equipment, and information across multiple simultaneous branch implementations.
• Compile branch status reports into division-level summaries for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Create project plans that include milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to frameworks, IT policies, and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Organize meetings, distribute minutes, and sustain communication with team members.
• Prepare and oversee project deliverables based on approved requirements.
• Document changes and update work plans accordingly.
• Report project status and formulate proactive risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project leads.
• Manage vendor relationships to align vendor performance with project objectives.
• Promote continuous process improvement through post-project evaluations.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing IT and ERP projects, specifically including Epicor ERP implementations (v9/10/Kinetic).
• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and ERP life cycle models.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile are preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday.com).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present both remotely and in person.
• Self-driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards with minimal supervision.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development life cycles, and cloud systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change requests efficiently.
• Familiarity with vendor and contract management in IT and ERP scenarios.
